Letterpress Printing Plates
Lifestyle Crafts offers a limited 90-day warranty on Letterpress Printing Plates. If a defect in your printing plate appears at any time during the first 90 days of purchase, Lifestyle Crafts will refund or replace (at its option) the defective plate at no cost to you beyond the cost of shipping the defective plate back to us. A proof of purchase is required for a return or exchange. Please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization.
Custom Letterpress Printing Plates
As noted in the payment section of the L Custom Plates checkout screen, custom plates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Letterpress Starter Kits & Combo Kits
When purchased from LifestyleCrafts.com, Lifestyle Crafts offers a limited 30-day warranty on Letterpress Starter Kits and Letterpress Combo Kits. If a defect in either of the aforementioned products appears at any time during the first 30 days of purchase, Lifestyle Crafts will refund or replace the defective kit at no cost to you beyond the cost of shipping the defective kit back to us. A proof of purchase is required for a return or exchange. Please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization.
In the case of a return when a defect is not present, the kit must be returned within 90 days of purchase and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging, accessories, manuals and instruction guides. A 15% restocking fee will be applied, with the remaining amount being refunded based on your original method of payment. Please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization.

Epic Six or L Letterpress Tools
Lifestyle Crafts offers a limited one-year warranty on the Epic Six and L Letterpress tools. If a defect in either of these tools appears within the first year of purchase, Lifestyle Crafts will repair or replace (at its option) the tool at no cost to you beyond the cost of shipping the defective tool back to us. If your tool falls under these guidelines, please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization.
Limited One-Year Warranty on Die-Cutting Tools
Lifestyle Crafts offers a limited one-year warranty on its Squeeze™, Revolution™, and Epic 6 die cutting tools. If a defect in the tool appears at any time during the first year after purchase, Lifestyle Crafts will repair or replace (at its option) the tool at no cost to you beyond the cost of shipping the defective tool to us.
Limited 90-day Warranty on Other Products
Lifestyle Crafts offers a limited 90-day warranty on all products other than the products identified above. If a defect in a product appears at any time during the first 90 days after purchase, Lifestyle Crafts will repair or replace (at its option) the product at no cost to you beyond the cost of shipping the defective product to us.
Limited Two-Year Warranty on Dies
Lifestyle Crafts offers a limited two-year warranty on its cutting dies and embossing dies. If a defect in a cutting die or embossing die appears at any time during the first two years after purchase, Lifestyle Crafts will replace the die at no cost to you beyond the cost of shipping the defective die to us.
Purchase Receipt
Ordinarily, you must retain your original purchase receipt in order to obtain warranty service. Lifestyle Crafts may require that you submit a copy of your receipt at the time you request warranty service.
Who is Covered
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of this product. This warranty does not extend to any corporation, limited liability company, or commercial entity. In addition, this policy does not include damage or defects resulting from misuse, accident, or any other causes following your purchase of the product.
