By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the independent Judging Agency, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
The “Maritime One Die Giveaway” contest is being sponsored and run by Lifestyle Crafts, LLC.
Eligibility: The “Maritime One Die Giveaway” contest is open anywhere in the world, except where prohibited by law. Entrants must be 13 years of age or older upon entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Lifestyle Crafts, LLC. (“Sponsor” or “Promoter”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) of each are not eligible.
Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
Contest Period: The promotion begins 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (”MST”) August 8, 2012, and ends 11:59 a.m. August 9, 2012 (“Contest Period”). Entrants must submit their entry by commenting on the “Maritime One Die Giveaway” blog post and follow these Official Contest Rules to enter this contest. Contest entries will be accepted for applicable day until 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (”MST”). Daily entries received after this time will not be accepted.
How to Enter: From August 8, 2012 9:00 a.m. (MST) - August 9, 2012 11:59 p.m. (MST), sign up for the bi-monthly Lifestyle Crafts Newsletter at http://lifestylecrafts.com/icontact/ and then go to http://www.lifestylecrafts.com/blog/maritime-one-die-giveaway and comment on the post telling us your favorite die in the Maritime Die Collection. Entries must be submitted before 11:59 p.m. (MST) August 9, 2012. Any entries submitted after this time will not be accepted. No purchase is necessary.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, FOR THE CONTEST PERIOD.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected, at random, from all eligible blog comment entries. The selected winner will be announced Firday August 10, 2012. Lifestyle Crafts, LLC reserves the right to deem any person(s) and entries ineligible.
By participating, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Lifestyle Crafts, LLC, and Facebook from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion. Lifestyle Crafts, LLC, and Facebook are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Promotion.
To the extent that English law is applied to the Promotion or any dispute arising in relation thereto, this Section shall apply:
So far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
-Any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion, and
-Any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the
intended recipient), or use of the prize, and
-Any act or default of any third party supplier which are beyond the Promoter’s
reasonable control. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any party’s
liability for (i) death or personal injury arising out of such party’s negligence, or (ii) for
fraud.
If, in Lifestyle Crafts’ sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion or if technical difficulties or other errors compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Lifestyle Crafts reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or modify and/or terminate the Promotion and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, entries will be declared made by the person’s name submitted at time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion or Website or Facebook App or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor also reserves the right, at their discretion, to choose more than one winner.
All Contests included in this promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Utah located in the county of Utah, Utah County, for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.
Lifestyle Crafts, LLC will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Any entry that has unsubscribing from the Lifestyle Crafts Newsletter before the expiration of the Contest Period will be void and disqualified for this promotion. If you have opted in, the Promoter may also use the details you give us to contact you for marketing purposes by email and/or SMS.
Waiver: By participating in this Promotion, participant(s) waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate. Participants also agree to hold Lifestyle Crafts, LLC. harmless and innocent in accordance with this promotion, as is allowed by Federal Law.
