By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the independent Judging Agency, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Eligibility: The Lifestyle Crafts® I Made This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents anywhere in the world who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Lifestyle Crafts, LLC. (“Sponsor” or “Promoter”), Site Systems (“Judging Agency”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) of each are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (“MDT”) on November 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MDT on Janurary 31, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter: Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, go to http://lifestylecrafts.com/ or http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lifestyle-Crafts/174059609281166 (collectively, “Websites”) and take the weekly challenge. For entry on Facebook, you will need to “like” Lifestyle Crafts and then accept the Lifestyle Crafts® I Made This Promotion application. To enter, upload a project to the Lifestyle Crafts community gallery or do the weekly challenge.

Entries must be made by Monday at midnight MDT. Promotion Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered or postage-due mail; or for failure or unavailability of electronic equipment, communications or Internet connections; or other errors, failures or malfunctions of any kind.

LIMIT TWENTY (20) PROJECT ENTRIES FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROMOTION. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted.

4. Winner Selection:

1. Weekly Win Selection: Instant Win prizes will be randomly seeded throughout the Promotion Period. If you take the weekly challenge, you will be a potential winner of the prize indicated.
2. b. Grand Prize Drawing: On or about January 30, 2012, Lifestyle Crafts will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Online entries received during the entire Promotion Period. The winners will be notified on or around January 31, 2012 by mail, email or phone. If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 10 days of the initial notification date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

5. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) & Odds:

1. GRAND PRIZES: A total of twelve Prizes will be awarded (one to each winner), grouped into the following categories:
   Ultimate Giveaway (one prize): $1,000 Lifestyle Crafts shopping spree, Canon 60D camera, Canon printer, Mac computer, & craft furniture
   Weekly prizes (eleven prizes): Will be announced each week

Total ARV of all prizes is $8,150. All values stated in U.S. Dollars.

If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Except for winners from Great Britain, all federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Arrangements for delivery of prize will be performed after winner validation. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS AND ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS/HOUSEHOLD. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of entries received. In the event a potential winner is a resident of Canada, potential winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question in order to receive a prize. Winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

6. General Rules: All federal, state, provincial and local laws apply. Potential winners may be required to sign and return a Declaration/Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (or a Winner’s Confirmation Form in the case of winners from Great Britain) within ten (10) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to return any documents in a timely manner may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. By participating, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Parties and Facebook from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Promotion.

8. To the extent that English law is applied to the Promotion or any dispute arising in relation thereto, this Section 9 shall apply: So far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:

1. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion, and
2. any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the intended recipient), or use of the prize, and
3. any act or default of any third party supplier which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any party’s liability for (i) death or personal injury arising out of such party’s negligence, or (ii) for fraud.

10. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered or postage-due mail; or for printing, distribution or production errors or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Promotion.

11. If, in Lifestyle Crafts’ sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion or if technical difficulties or other errors compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Lifestyle Crafts reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or modify and/or terminate the Promotion and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, entries will be declared made by the person’s name submitted at time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion or Website or Facebook App or acts in a disruptive manner.

12. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Utah located in the county of Utah County for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.

13. Personal Data: The Promoter will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. 14. Waiver: By participating in this Promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.
