Customer Samantha Taylor added this beautiful ornament to the gallery for her entry.  With the holidays coming up, I'm sure you're looking for last minute ideas!  Well, here's a fabulous way to make an ornament.  She cut out several of the largest circle in the Nesting Circles die, folded, and adhered them for a 3D look.  You could use any sort of patterned or plain paper for this project.  Thanks for inspriing us Samantha!

Cards with the Holiday Wish Printable Papers

We have a fabulous video tutorial by designer Carissa Wiley for you today! Using the Holiday Wish Digital Kit, she printed off the printable papers and made a couple of gorgeous holiday cards. If you look closely at the second card, you'll see that she printed the diagnol red stripe paper on Kraft paper.  I love the way it looks! Be sure to watch the video for a full tutorial (she has several fabulous tutorials on her YouTube channel).  This is another great way for you to enter the I Made This Ultimate Giveaway.  Follow the tutorial, take a photo of your card, and upload it to the Community Gallery!  By doing this, you could win a SLR camera, laptop, craft furniture, and more!

Layouts for the Holidays

The holiday season seems to produce the greatest memories and photos, which make for the best scrapbooking layouts.  We've pulled together some of our favorite holiday layouts to inspire you. Let them inspire you to make a layout of your own to submit as your entry for the I Made This grand prize! Sometimes it's hard to find the perfect holiday paper.  By downloading the Holiday WIsh Digital Kit, you receive 10 jpeg digital papers, 20 png embellishments and 3 digital scrapbook page templates.  With the jpeg files, you can print out the patterns on cardstock and use them on your layouts.  You can also create digital pages.

Last Minute Christmas Card Ideas

Christmas is only a few short weeks away... have you finalized your Christmas cards yet?  Luckily, Lifestyle Crafts has several options for you.  Use dies, letterpress, or mix both mediums! Let's take a look at a few options. 

1. Custom Holiday Letterpress Printing Plates

Here at Lifestyle Crafts, you can make your own 5x7 letterpress holiday cards with our custom holiday printing plates. Select from 5 different fun designs each with the option to add your own family names. Here's how.... 

1. Select a card design. Click here to see all 5 available designs. 
2. Type desired names into the provided family name box at the bottom of the page.
3. Add to cart.
4. Purchase the plate. Make sure to stock up on 5x7 paper, envelopes and ink to complete the cards.
5. In approximately 1 week, the finished plate will be shipped to your home.
6. Create your customized letterpress holiday cards with the L Letterpress.
