Easter Egg-stravaganza!

March 26, 2013 11:45:32 AM MDT

It's an Easter Egg-stravaganza and we're just hoppin' over some of the crafts we've been coming up with using our new dies. Too cheesy? We can't help it, we're egg-static about these cute crafts! Take a look!

Die cut basket and doily egg card - so cute for Easter!

We made this adorable little Easter Basket using our Basket Die. Filled with jelly beans, chocolate or even some Easter grass and eggs, it's hard to go wrong with such a cute template die!

With a optional handle, lattice inserts and basket top - there is so much you can do with it! Take a look at the fun designs Amber over at Damask Love came up with!

Basket Die Four Ways

We used our Doily Egg and Nesting Card Template dies combined with some Teal Shape 'N Tape to create this bright Easter card. It may have snowed here over the weekend, but, when it comes to crafts, we say, "bring on spring!" What will YOU make with the basket and doily egg dies?

We're here today with Angi from Cokie Pop Paper Boutique.  Angi is going to show us a quick and adorable little girl party made with the new Sweet Girl paper collection by Echo Park Paper!

We'll be showing you fun things to do with this cute paper collection all month, so be sure to stay tuned! Take it away Angi...

Hello crafters! It's Angi from the Cokie Pop Paper Boutique. I am lucky enough to have two fun-loving daughters who indulge my love for parties. After the last party, they agreed, "Mom really knows how to throw a party!" Which, unfortunately, only encourages me to find an excuse to throw another!

My project today shows you a fun way to use Lifestyle Crafts dies and Echo Park's Sweet Girl collection to throw your next little girl's party.

MMmmm... a cupcake is a sure way to make your party guests smile. I used the Ring Cupcake Liner for this adorable treat and topped it with a butterfly from the Pop-Up Box fastened to a toothpick. Easy right!?

Next I pit together a quick party favor box using the Pop-Up Box. This can be filled with candy, jewelry, mini nail polishes, lip gloss, you name it!

Last but not least, I used the Fancy Envelope Tabs to create a unique card for each guest. Giving each guest a cupcake, card and favor box makes them feel special and cared for. Plus, with cute paper and easy to use template dies, it's easy!

Thanks Angi! We hope you like the cute party Angi shared today, don't forget to check out her blog, Cokie Pop Paper Boutique, for more paper crafting fun!

You're invited...

February 20, 2013 3:51:11 PM MST

Why hello there! Welcome to our little letterpress party. We used a simple combination of die cuts, letterpress and Shape 'N Tape to create this playful little get together.

Letterpress Party

To make this set, we first cut some Letterpress Paper with the Party Flag Inserts and letterpressed it with the Damask Printing Plate. We then threaded the flag onto our candy-stripe paper straw and added a circle of teal Shape 'N Tape cut with our Tape It Kit. These little glass bottles will make the perfect party sippers.

Letterpress party

The simple pennant bunting was made by folding some Shape 'N Tape cut with our Tape It Kit over a string. Next we textured our invitation (A2 Letterpress Paper) by blind embossing it with our Diagonal Stripes Printing Plate. We added a little fun to our invitations by letterpressing a cherry red balloon with the Splendor Printing Plate and fastened it to our invite with some Shape 'N Tape. After putting some final touches of letterpress and a smidge of Shape 'N Tape on our envelopes, we had ourselves a splendid little spread.

What do you think?
