Frighteningly Easy Halloween

October 29, 2012 11:01:00 AM MDT

Sink your teeth into this simple treat display we made with the Frightful Edges and Ghost dies. We love the simple color scheme and stark contrast between the black, red and white.

A terrific Halloween party really doesn't have to be out of reach. With a little effort, your party can be dripping with fang-tastic invitations, treats and decorations. We created these frighteningly easy invitations using pitch black paper, sharp white fangs and blood-red accents combined with the Build a Monster Die.

What are your party plans for Halloween this year?

Devilishly Delicious

October 27, 2012 10:15:00 AM MDT

Have a scrumptious Halloween this week with these devilishly delicious cupcakes. Cute and easy, these toppers took less time to make than they took to eat! And boy, were they yummy!!

This easy witch hat can be made using two different sized nesting circles. Just cut a slit in one circle, roll it into a cone, fasten it atop the other and WALAH! A cute little witch's hat.

Bat & Moon Punches Die

Crow Die

Here is a devilishly good cupcake recipe to go with these quick and easy Halloween toppers!

Devilishly Delicious Cupcakes

1 dark chocolate or DEVIL’S food cake mix
1 small package of instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup warm water
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (mini semi-sweet morsels work best)

Combine all ingredients, chocolate chips last, and pour into cupcake liners 1/2 full if you want flat tops, 2/3 full for rounded tops. Bake at 350 degrees F until toothpick comes out clean, about 20-24 minutes. Let cool, and then frost with cream cheese frosting, vanilla, chocolate or dust with powdered sugar! Once they are decorated, sink your teeth into the most moist cupcake you have ever had!

Cute Halloween Coffin Treat Boxes by Shelly Pop

These cute treat boxes and buckets were made by Shelly at Popsicle Toes. We love the way she used the Build a Monster Die and the Skull & Crossbones Punches Die to decorate the boxes. Also, take a look at those awesome buckets that Shelly edged with the Frightful Edges Die.

Perfectly Poison

October 25, 2012 10:50:00 AM MDT

With corn mazes that need exploring, houses that need haunting and little ghosts and goblins that need treating (or tricking), who has time for intensive projects? We used our skeleton and tombstone edges dies along with some small brads to whip up these easy and simple nameplates, great for making Halloween dinners and parties terrifically easy.

Quickly dress up some bottled soda or green punch with a skull and some crossbones for a deliciously ominous addition to your eerie table setting.

After the festivities, each guest will have a poseable skeleton to take home and add to their Halloween decor.
